The Role of Batch Transparency
Batch transparency means every vial can be traced to a specific production lot and its analytical record. It is the difference between trusting a brand and trusting a measurement.
What lot-level traceability gives you
- Reproducibility: the same lot should behave the same way across experiments.
- Accountability: a documented lot can be audited and, if needed, withdrawn.
- Comparability: changes between lots are visible rather than hidden.
A single headline purity figure with no lot reference tells you little. Insist on documentation that maps the physical sample to a dated, identifiable batch.
